Each year, the robotics parents meticulously set up a practice field meeting the specifications of the new year’s FIRST FRC game. You can imagine how much more difficult it would be for teams to perform well in competition never having the opportunity to practice on a game field. DE assists a network of competitive robotics teams in becoming capable of reaching the final competition field at the Houston Championships.
DE is the most visible and impactful program Walton Robotics provides for the FRC Robotics community in Georgia. This is a regional resource as we open the field to teams around the state to schedule practice sessions. The DE Field is managed by parents so that students can focus on the many other areas of team needs.
For more information on DE, visit the DE FRC Team Practice Field Signup Info page.
